Ann S. Yahner is President and majority owner with over 30 years of experience in middle and senior administrative management of medical military and civilian personnel in the United States Navy Nurse Corps and senior-level management of civilian business organizations. Retired from the US Navy as a Captain after 25 years of service, Ann assumed the role of President of PenBay Media in July 2004, bringing her organizational and administrative skills, experience, and talent. Ann provides the strategic management of the company. Areas under her responsibility include overall business management and profitability, lines of business development, project management, strategic planning, project forecasting, and financial and resource allocation. FRANK YAHNER, Vice President of Operations
Frank Yahner is a retired US Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel who has over 25 years of experience in senior level business management in the high-tech industry. He has expertise in distance learning and instructional design technology, with a focus on military and government contracts. Frank has served as both vice president and president of a small business specializing in online training, web applications, and IT solutions for the Department of Defense. He has overseen the creation of custom training course material for online and CD-ROM delivery, including courseware for the Marine Corps and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Frank has headed the development of content-driven websites and other custom IT solutions. He is presently in charge of development of a document development software tool for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, with heavy influence in the creation and maintenance of the Joint Doctrine, Education, and Training Electronic Information System (JDEIS). His team is responsible for creating the JDEIS Document Development Capability and the JDEIS Content Management System. Bob is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of hands-on executive-level experience in delivering high-quality IT services and solutions to federal, state and local, and commercial customers. Bob’s experience includes growing revenue for both small and large businesses while leading efforts to deliver new technologies, such as MAXM Systems’ Enterprise Systems Management platform, or developing new markets, such as ChoicePoint’s Fusion Center initiative where Bob integrated 5 distinct business units to deliver a holistic information sharing approach for regionally-based counter-terrorism centers.
